CSL Ambassadors
The CSL Ambassadors Program connects faculty, staff, students, and community partners who are interested in promoting service-learning, and civic and community engagement.
CSL Ambassadors serve as liaisons to their department, unit, organization, and/or network to champion the integration of community and civic engagement.
The CSL Ambassador program engages faculty, staff, students, and partners as a community of practice, which will:
- foster collaboration and communication between faculty and staff from a variety of disciplines and units;
- expand awareness and recognition of community and civic engagement; as a means for transforming teaching, learning, research, outreach, and service;
- provide a venue to share insights, discuss relevant issues, and explore ways to enhance the impact of community and civic engagement efforts
There are two opportunities to serve with the CSL through the Ambassador program, including as a Service-Learning Ambassador or Civic Engagement Ambassador.
