Nadene D'Oliveira

Nadene is serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at the CSL in partnership with Campus Compact. In her current role, she is actively involved with the Student Community Action Corps, a program that engages student workers at KU in various community-based projects and initiatives. These initiatives cover a wide range of community-oriented roles and responsibilities.

Nadene's primary focus is to ensure that student employees receive comprehensive support through ongoing training and guidance from the Center for Service Learning during their time with partner organizations. This support includes overseeing their tasks and projects and working to improve economic opportunities for these student workers.
