Antonique’ Flemons is a senior at the University of Kansas from Kansas City, Missouri, studying Journalism and Business. As a non-traditional transfer student, she stepped away from academia for several years to travel the world, earn multiple certificates, and build extensive professional experience. These journeys profoundly shaped her worldview, instilling a powerful understanding of history and the relentless adversities that have united humanity across all divides. She currently oversees Brains & Beauties, a student-run news and lifestyle show.
